发现Arcgis9.0Desktop的一个BUG
<P>安装了Arcgis9.0Desktop后一段时间里，建立Personal GeoDatabase导入shape要素还可以，用了一个月后，导入不了各类要素了。何哉?我以又打了SP2补丁还是不行。请各位高手指点。</P>

<P>Did you ever try using the sampel shape file coming with your installation as a source shape file and then import it into geodatabase? Did it go through?</P><P>The error code indicates that there is a decoding error, so I doubt it's somehow related to your operation system.</P>

我感觉arcgis9里catalog的右击菜单转换很多都有问题，其实不必用这些，直接使用arctoolbox就可以了，一点问题没有。

<P>中文路径和文件名的原因吧</P><P>最好文件名不要有空格</P>
