Arcmap打不开，求助
打开Arcmap的时候，出现如下情况：<BR> Provide your license server administrator with the following information:<BR> Cannot connect to license server<BR> The server(lmgrd) has not been started yet,or<BR> the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the port or hostname in the license file has been changed.<BR> Feature: Viewer<BR> Server name: localhost<BR> License path: @localhost<BR> FLExlm error:-15,10 System error:10061"WinSock:Connection refused"<BR><BR> 本人对GIS几乎是一窍不通，请哪位大侠帮忙解决一下，谢谢！！！

重新读取一下license文件。
