建缓冲区遇到的问题
<P>选择要素之后，单击缓冲区按钮之后出现：</P>
<P>NO map units defined !</P> <P>Buffer cannot be processed in a map without known units. please defined map units.</P> <P>you can do this in the general tab of the data frame properties dialog.</P> |

设置地图显示单位，view—data frame properties—general—units
