EstablishFlowDirection错误，新手请大家帮忙，急！

<P>程序编译通过，运行时出现错误：</P>
<P>           <FONT color=#ff0000>EstablishFlowDirection  提供的命令在命令集中不存在。</FONT></P>

<FONT color=#ff0000>看看是不是pGeometricNetwork没有初始化。。。。</FONT>

原来是数据没有注册版本。
