<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3)        </FONT>管理公司的整体核心技术，组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4)        </FONT>及时了解和监督技术发展战略规划的执行情况；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5)        </FONT>负责<FONT face="Times New Roman">GIS</FONT>项目或<FONT face="Times New Roman">WEBGIS</FONT>项目的技术实现及开发管理工作。<p></p></P>
<P ><STRONG><FONT size=3>任职要求</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1)        </FONT>计算机相关专业本科以上学历；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2)        </FONT>对<FONT face="Times New Roman">GIS/RS</FONT>有较深了解，有<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>年以上<FONT face="Times New Roman">GIS</FONT>应用开发经验；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3)        </FONT>从事项目开发<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>年以上，担任过不少于<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>个项目的项目经理，有过独立负责整个应用系统项目开发全过程经验。</P>

<P ><STRONG>岗位职责</STRONG></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1)        </FONT>参与系统的架构分析与设计；<p></p></P>

<P ><STRONG>任职要求</STRONG></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1)        </FONT>至少<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>年专职开发经验，至少<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>年C++/<FONT face="Times New Roman">C# </FONT>开发经验；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2)        </FONT>精通<FONT face="Times New Roman">.NET</FONT>，精通<FONT face="Times New Roman">SQL Server</FONT>或<FONT face="Times New Roman">ORACLE</FONT>数据库；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3)        </FONT>对面向对象技术有较深入的理解；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4)        </FONT>熟练掌握<FONT face="Times New Roman">UML </FONT>等建模工具；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5)        </FONT>至少参加过一个大型软件产品或项目的开发过程；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6)        </FONT>具有职业精神及良好的团队作风；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">7)        </FONT>有国土或数字城管开发背景者优先考虑；<p></p></P>
