esri发布arcgis9.2 sp1,但读cad文件仍不能使用中文名或中文目录

<P>This isn't really a bug. It's more an issue of localization, which should be addressed by ESRI China.</P>
<P>But ArcGIS 9.2 does have lots of bugs. That's why its SP1 comes faster than any previous release. In US, lots of ESRI customers are complaining about the degrading stability of ArcGIS. Even Jack Dangermond apologized for this on 2006 user conference.Funny? The TIFF world file issue is another pain in the ass, and ESRI called it an "improvement" and didn't fix it in SP1.</P>
<P>One day, I was editing a layer with 60,000 points w/ 20 attributes in 9.2, ArcMap crashed 5~6 times in 2 hours. If you don't really care about a few new stuffs (Representation, Animation ...) added in 9.2, stick with the more stable 9.1 + SP3.</P>
