紧急求救:装了ArcGIS后,Arctools不能用怎么解决

我装的ArcGIS后，发现Arctools不能使用，而其它模块都是好的，怎么解决啊？请大虾赐教！我在线等待。

<P>不好意思.问题再说一次:从ARC命令提示符下,arctools不能运行,显示有错误:unable to run file d:\program.(注：ArcGIS安装在d:\program下面)</P>

<P>Error:  AML ERROR - Unable to run file Article ID: 14585 Software:  ArcGIS - ArcInfo 8.0.1, 8.0.2 Platforms: N/A</P>Error Message I submit a "Run Geoprocessing AML" request to my remote processing server and the "Remote Processing" dialogue states it's completed. I can't see that it's done anything to my data and when I review the results in ArcToolbox, I see something similar to this: <BR><BR>--- <BR>AML ERROR - Unable to run file <BR><BR>tashi <BR>hippo1 <BR>jneild <BR>sample.aml <BR>line 3 of file /kawau2/temp/arcexe80/gpserver/amls/request9.aml <BR>AML MESSAGE - Stopping execution of AML file due to ERROR condition <BR>--- <BR><BR>and request9.aml on the UNIX server looks like this: <BR><BR>--- <BR>;codepage ANSI <BR>Precision Single Highest <BR>;RUN \\tashi\hippo1\jneild\sample.aml <BR>--- <BR>
<P><BR> </P>Cause 1. The Geoprocessing Server was unable to find the AML as the drive /hippo1 was not mounted on the server. <BR><BR>2. The drive share name on windows NT is different to the unix drive name as <BR>mounted on the unix server. <BR>e.g. NT sees \\HIPPO\HIPPPODRIVE rather than \\hippo\hippo1.
<P><BR> </P>Solution or Workaround Mount the disk with the AML on it to the unix server. Ensure the NT share name and the unix disk name are the same.

是你 说的这个情况。但我对unix  不了解，不知道怎么改啊？能再劳举手相助吗？
