<P>给你几个批处理命令试试，把里面的图层命改成你的shape文件命和sde图层名。</P>
<P>sde2shp -o append -l THQLDC_FWFSSS,shape -f THQLDC_FWFSSS -t polygon -u sde -p sde -i esri_sde -s zwf sde2shp -o append -l THQLDC_FWFZD,shape -f THQLDC_FWFZD -t point -u sde -p sde -i esri_sde -s zwf sde2shp -o append -l THQLDC_FWFZX,shape -f THQLDC_FWFZX -t arc -u sde -p sde -i esri_sde -s zwf</P> |

<P>用arccatalog比较简单,右键-->export</P>
