求助：装ARCGIS9.0出现的问题

我先装LicenseManager,也装完了WORKSTATION,把license.dat用记事本打开,改为我的计算机名称了,但是License是装在C盘,而ARCGIS用装在D盘,这样子,我粘贴license还有ARCGIS.exe这两个文件的时候,要从C盘还是D盘找了?两个地方都有试过,但是最终都是还无法启用WORKSTATION的工具。

server diagnostics显示这样的内容：

"ARC/INFO" v9.0, vendor: ARCGIS   License server: wupin0317   floating license  starts: 1-jan-96,  no expiration date

This license cannot be checked out because: Cannot connect to license server

... I will try to determine what the problem is...

"telnet" port (23) on node wupin0317 does not respond ->if wupin0317 is a Unix system, it's probably down

而打开ARC时，出现这些字眼：

FLEXLM Error:cannot connect to license server

the server (lmgrd)has not been started yet,or the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the port or hostname in the license file has been changed.

license管理器启动了吗？

开始--程序目录底下,有arcinfo workstation和lixense manager这两项

,我进入license manager tools有设置了,但就是出现如上面所写的问题,那应也是说license 还没启动吧?

那我现在得怎样做,才能通过license 了
