坐标转换不了,怎么办?

<P>我从国家数据中心下载了标准的全国矢量图,我将我省的图切下来后,想将坐标系统转成我省原有数据的坐标系统,但用了好几种方法,都无法转成功,这是怎么回事,哪位大侠遇风过呀?</P>
