<P>这是esri的一个解答，不知道你改了那个文件没？</P><P>The reason behind your problem is seems to be the entry in the directory "C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\Service" file. You need to enter the service name with respect to the port (5151/tcp) exclusively, in case you are not creating the service using post installation.
