The Project Tool is a new tool for ArcToolbox. The primary use of the Project Tool is to perform batch projections using a pre-defined projection file. If you do not have a projection file, you can either use the Project Wizard to interactively define and save a projection file, or you can use the Projection File Builder, which is available when you click the projection file browser button on the tool.
