我要把Projection　Coordinate System 的坐标系在arccatagolgy转成Geogrophy Coordinate System。想让矢量图坐标显示度分秒，可是不成功，换成GCS后，坐标好像仍然是公里数。请座过的朋友帮下忙，讲一讲。

Our doing are not really as important as we think. Our successes and failures didn't matter after all.
