[求助]ArcGis9不能启动服务

<P>1、用lmtool.exe启动服务时，启动不了，诊断时出现如下提示：</P>
<P>This license cannot be checked out because:
Cannot connect to license server</P>
<P>... I will try to determine what the problem is...</P>
<P>"telnet" port (23) on node **** does not respond</P>
<P>->if **** is a Unix system, it's probably down</P>
<P>（****为hostname）</P>
<P>2、启动ArcMap，则提示：</P>
<P>Cannot find SERVER hostname in network database</P>
<P>The lookup for the hostname in the SERVER line in the </P>
<P>license file failed. This often happens when NIS or DNS</P>
<P>or the hosts file in incorrect. Workaround:Use IP-Adress</P>
<P>(e.g. 23.456.789.123) instead of hostname</P>
<P>Feature:ARC/INFO</P>
<P>Hostname:Not_Set</P>
<P>License path:@Not_Set</P>
<P>FLEXlm error:-14,7. System Error:1101 "WinSock:Host not found(HOST_NOT_FOUND)"</P>

use ''desktop administrator"

desktop administrator? can it be in detail?

就在程序的ARCGIS里，应该装了的。

<P>打开desktop administrator，设置license manager 为你的主机名即可</P>
