dxf如何转换成shp格式?

<P>请教大师：如何把Autocad中转换出来的dxf格式转换成arcgis中的shp格式？</P>

arctoolbox里有Import From CAD (Conversion)工具

<P>我试了一下，只能转换成Geodatabase.mdb的，而且还转换失败！！如下：</P>

<P>如果是9.x版本，你可以用data interoperability tools，里面有quick export工具，</P>
<P>可以转换多种数据格式，包括dxf，输出也可以多种格式</P>

The client that sent us the combined CAD data had simply used the xref function in CAD to link the combined document to the individual files (rather than just combining these files into one large CAD file). Since ArcMap does not support xrefs, the GIS was unable to retrieve these data and simply placed a point on the map representing the origin point of each small file that was xref'd into the combined document. These points all plotted on top of each other, and no other feature classes transferred since ArcMap could not locate these xref data. <BR><BR>The solution,  is to use the bind (or move) commands in AutoCAD to create new combined AutoCAD files that contain all the data instead of using xrefs. The output file can then be transformed from table units into a projected coordinate system. <BR>

<P>很简单..有2中方法拉.一种你可以直接在ARCCATOLOG里面转....另一种就是用ARCTOOLBOX 导到GEODATABASE里面..前者可能属性会失去.....</P>

<P>在MAPGIS软件中，有个文件转换工具，装入DXF文件，输出SHAPE文件，就可以完成DXF到SHAPE文件的转换！</P>
