数据分析师<BR>Function Description:<BR>1.Source data evaluation<BR>2.Advice on navigation data requirements<BR>3.Data Conversion flow and tools planning and design<BR>4.Data Conversion/production procedure and quality control<BR>5.data Conversion<BR>Requriements:<BR>1.University graduated or above in Survey, GIS, computer science or other related subject<BR>2. 3-year experience in field of Navigation s/w and data including at least 1 year project management experience<BR>3.Familiar with Navigation Data Standard and Specification (GDF and Kiwi), <BR>4.Familiar with TA and/or Navteq data products<BR>5.Familiar with General GIS data format and S/W<BR>6.Familiar with SQL Server/IBM DB2<BR>7.knowladge on Java and C++ development is a plus<BR>8.Fluent in spoken and written English is strong plus
